Petromin Energy and LuLu Sign Strategic Partnership to Develop 10 SWFT Convenience Stores in Saudi Arabia Petromin Energy and LuLu have signed a strategic partnership agreement to develop 10 SWFT by LuLu convenience stores across Petromin’s fuel station locations in Saudi Arabia, including six stores in Jeddah and four in Riyadh. The signing ceremony was held in Jeddah in the presence of H.E. Amr Al-Dabbagh, Chairman of Al-Dabbagh Group, and Mr. Yusuff Ali M.A. Chairman of LuLu Group. The agreement was signed by Mohamed Haris Director of LuLu Hypermarkets KSA, and Amit Dev Wankhede, CEO of Petromin Energy. The partnership reflects a shared vision to bring fast, seamless and high-quality retail experiences closer to motorists and communities, while supporting the development of Saudi Arabia’s retail and mobility ecosystem. Both companies also look forward to exploring further opportunities to expand the SWFT by LuLu concept across additional Petromin locations throughout the Kingdom. This partnership reflects Petromin Energy’s commitment to diversifying services and enhancing the value of its station network, while meeting the evolving needs and expectations of consumers.
