Construction work has started on The Farm Kuwait, a mixed-use development in Sabah Al Salem area of the Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate. The project is aimed at expanding the country’s retail, dining and leisure offerings, said its developer Tamdeen Group. Ahmadiah Contracting & Trading Company, one of Kuwait’s leading contractors, has been awarded the construction contract for the project, which carries an estimated investment value of about KD40 million ($130 million), the leading Kuwaiti real estate developer stated. Planned as an integrated destination, The Farm Kuwait will combine retail outlets, dining areas and entertainment spaces within a landscaped setting designed to serve community needs. The site lies along Fahaheel Expressway, next to two of Tamdeen’s residential tower projects – Tamdeen Square and Grand Hyatt Kuwait Residences. Construction of The Farm Kuwait is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2027.

علمت القبس أن البلدية وافقت على إعادة ترقيم قطع منطقة صباح السالم بأرقام «1، 2، 3، 4، 5، 6، 7، 8، 9، 10، 11، 12، 13»، لتلافي القطع الوصفية «شمال، جنوب» و«شوق وغرب»، والحروف مثل «أ، ب» في هذه المنطقة، مع قيام الإدارات المختصة في البلدية باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتعديل المخططات التنظيمية والمساحية، وإعادة ترقيم قسائم القطع وربطها بمعلوماتها الأصلية وفقا لأرقام القطع والقسائم السابقة. وأقرت البلدية طلب الأمانة العامة لمجلس الوزراء تخصيص الموقع الكائن في منطقة صبحان الصناعية، قطعة 13، ضمن محافظة مبارك الكبير، وبمساحة 25 ألف متر مربع لاستعمالها كمخازن للمجلس. البلدية
